What do I do now? is a thoughtful and practical resource guide designed to assist survivors and families in making the transition to recovery after the death of a loved one. It provides practical information on matters such as pensions, life and health insurance, and funeral arrangements, as well as emotional and supportive guidance for bereaved parents and children coping with the stresses of their loss. Whatever your personal circumstances, there will be something helpful in What do I do now? to help alleviate the weight of grief.

The Compassionate Friends

The mission of The Compassionate Friends is to assist families toward the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help others be supportive.

The Compassionate Friends is a international nonprofit, self-help support organization that offers friendship and understanding to bereaved parents, grandparents and siblings. There is no religious affiliation and there are no membership dues or fees.

Includes Speakers, Workshops, Sharing Sessions, Grief Support for Families following the death of a child and Seminars for Professionals who care for those families.

A new page has been added to our site to share with you information we have gathered on several aspects of grieving and resources available through books written by experts in dealing with loss and other topics.

Alzheimer Society of Toronto has just been added to the roster of Non-Profit & Charity Organizations.  This is a very active Society with an extensive array of services offered.  For a comprehensive review, please visit their website at: http://www.alzheimertoronto.org
Non-Profit Associations, Charities and Foundations directory has been added.  Those wishing to encourage donations to the Charity or Non-Profit Association of their choice can now easily find addresses, phone and fax numbers as well as branch offices where available.
Obituaries, Eulogies and Funeral Arrangements pages now have a "printer friendly" option using Adobe Acrobat PDF format for visitors who wish to keep a hard copy printout in full colour.
A detailed order form to submit information on Obituaries, Funeral Arrangements and Eulogies as well as background selection and musical score selections is available in PDF format on the "Order Form" page. 
Theme Selection now has 20 different backgrounds 10 of which have associated embedded audio clips and 15 musical scores carefully chosen from popular classical masterpieces.
